If the purchaser is inexperienced or unfamiliar with the proper
handling of firearms or any other merchandise acquired from CUZCO,
INC., it is the purchaser's responsibility to seek qualified
instruction in the safe and proper use of this merchandise. The
purchaser is aware of the potential dangers that may arise from a
product's misuse and as part of the consideration extended to the
seller (CUZCO, INC.), the purchaser will indemnify the seller
against all claims. TERMS Current, Signed copy of your Federal
Firearms License with a Postal Money Order or Cashier's Check (this
does not include checks from super markets, check cashing
establishments or convenience stores). No C.O.D., personal &
company checks held for clearance. All prices quoted reflect a 3.5%
cash discount that cannot be earned for credit card orders.
VISA/MasterCard add 3.5% to the total. Oklahoma residents include
7.875% sales tax, all Department of Justice rules apply. Allow for
shipping FOB Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. If you are not a dealer, we
will hold an item with payment until you can arrange for delivery to
a licensed dealer. Most dealers will perform this function for a
small fee. If you Phone or E-mail us that you are purchasing one of
our firearms then we will hold that firearm for you for a period of
Seven days. If payment is not received in seven days the firearm
will be back up for sale.
Shipping
We normally use UPS ground. Shipping, handling & insurance rates
will be $35.00 for UPS ground. All shipments are fully insured. Next
Day and Second Day Air are available at a higher charge.
About Condition
Where practical, condition estimate is stated as a percentage of
original finish, unless noted as refinished. This is a subjective
measure describing the firearm as a whole. If the firearm has signs
of slight wear, slight marks on bolt, ect. and slight handling marks
it will be described as 98%. If the firearm is in near new
condition, with virtually no wear, it will be described as
"99%". If an original box is included, it will be
described "LNIB" (Like New In Box). If the Firearm is
brand new in the box and unfired (except for any factory test
firing), it will be described as "NIB" (New In Box). It
should not be assumed that all the original papers and accessories
will be in the box. Due to practical limitations descriptions cannot
be complete, but are generalized. It is our intention to under,
rather than over described every firearm. Your satisfaction is
guaranteed. A 100%
refund. (Less return shipping.) Three-day inspection period allowed.

Warranty
Only the manufacturer's warranty or service policy applies. Most of
our inventory consists of Pre-ban Firearms, which are out of the
manufactures warranty period (one year). Cuzco, Inc. offers NO
warranty of ANY kind on ANY of our firearms. No other warrantee,
express or implied, is provided with any CUZCO, INC. Firearm or

Return Policy
We strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If you
receive a product that is not up to expectation, just call or e-mail
us WITHIN 3 DAYS with your explanation of the problem. We will give
you instructions for returning the merchandise. After we receive the
product back in its original condition with the packaging and papers
that it was shipped with, we will refund the purchase price less
shipping charges or replace the item which ever the customer
prefers.
California Banned Assault Weapons
Firearms classified as "California Banned Assault
Weapons", are not available for sale or transfer within the
State of California. "Assault Weapons" are otherwise not
available for sale where prohibited by Law. It is the buyers’
responsibility to check ALL state and local laws regarding the
firearm purchase from CUZCO, INC. Link to list of California banned

Manufactured after 1898 must be transferred through a Federally
licensed Firearms Dealer (F.F.L.). To begin a transfer of a firearm
to another F.F.L., the customer must provide CUZCO, INC. with the
name, address and phone number of the receiving dealer to whom the
firearm is to be sent. By federal Law, CUZCO, INC. shall require a
hand-signed (signed in ink) photocopy of your receiving dealer's
Federal Firearms License. We cannot ship your firearm until we
receive this license. The signature on this license must be an
original. An F.F.L. with a stamped or photocopied signature is not
valid and will be returned. A FAXED F.F.L. will not be accepted. The
most common problem that we have in being able to complete a
transaction smoothly is receiving timely and complete license
information from Dealers. Hopefully the above information will help
expedite your transaction. If need be CUZCO, INC. may be able to
assist you in finding a dealer in your area.
